The tender forms will be made available in the office from 11.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. on any working day w. e. f. 20th Oct. 2008 to 10th Nov., 2008 on written request and on cash payment of Rs. 500/- ( Non-refundable ) . The sealed tender completed in all respect superscribed with “ Tender Notice F.No. ………Inquiry No. ………. due date 10th Nov., 2008 for ( ---------------- Name of the Item ---------------)” and addressed to the Director / Sr. Administrative Officer, NBSS&LUP, Amravati Road, Nagpur-440 010 should reach to this office on or before 10th Nov., 2008 upto 3.00 PM alongwith Earnest Money Deposit ( EMD) as stated above through Bank Draft only in favour of ICAR Unit -NBSS&LUP, Nagpur. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day i.e. 10th Nov., 2008 in the presence of tenderers or their representatives. The Director of the Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
