Background

The Section caters the needs of final input and output in terms of drawing and layout of theme maps printed from soil survey data. The section provide cartographic support for preparation of different types of soil based thematic maps and final drawings at different scale for printing.

Mandate

	Printing of soil and other thematic maps.
	Generation of soil based district atlases.
	Research in soil cartography and climatology.
